Display & Environment

Indoor Display: The complete set (urn, display stand, and plaque) is ideally suited for indoor display on a mantel, shelf, or memorial table.

Outdoor/Weather Resistance: While the natural slate plaque itself is sealed and weather-resistant for outdoor placement, the display stand and metal urn are recommended for indoor use to maintain their pristine finish.

To provide the fastest service possible during this difficult time, we begin the graphic layout process immediately upon receiving your order. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and photo selections carefully before submitting, as edits cannot be made once work on your custom design has started.

Custom-Made Exemption: In compliance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, personalized and custom-manufactured goods are exempt from standard 14-day cancellation periods. Once an order is placed and personalized details are submitted, the sale is final.

Damaged or Defective Items: If any part of your set arrives damaged, flawed, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review your case immediately and arrange for a prompt replacement or resolution.
