Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment Time: Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped out on our designated shipping days: Wednesdays and Fridays.

Order Cut-Off Times: To have your order included in our Wednesday shipment, please place it by Tuesday evening. For our Friday shipment, please place your order by Thursday evening. Orders placed after these cut-off times will be shipped out on the next scheduled shipping day.

Missed Shipments & Post Office Closures: In the rare event that we miss our scheduled shipping day, or if the post office is closed due to a federal holiday or unforeseen closure, your order will be shipped out on the next business day that postal services are available.

Shipping Carriers & Rates: We ship via USPS / UPS. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method.

Tracking: Once your order has been packaged and a shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delays & Transit: Please note that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to their schedule and operational conditions. We are not responsible for carrier transit delays.
